The following Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of products by you from www.miarosebridal.com via this website and you should read them carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.

1. Payment

Mia Rose Bridal welcomes payment by the following credit and debit cards at miarosebridal.com: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Solo (in the UK only) and Paypal.

2. Acceptance of Order

We will acknowledge your order shortly after we receive it and send a further email to confirm that we have processed your order.

3. Delivery

Standard delivery on gowns that are in stock is 3 days at a flat rate of £20 via TNT. Currently we only ship to mainland UK and Northern Ireland .

4. Refunds and exchanges  

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Mia Rose Bridal. If you are not satisfied with your new purchase, we will refund any unused item less postage charges or exchange any stock bridal or bridesmaid gown provided it is returned in a saleable condition, in its original, undamaged packaging, with all labels intact and within 5 days from receipt of goods. WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT A REFUND OR EXCHANGE WITH A VALID RETURN NUMBER. To obtain your return number you must email info@miarosebridal.com with your order number and we will contact you with return details.  If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. All shipping charges, swatches, undergarments, accessories and special order items are non-refundable.

5. Pricing

All prices are correct at the point of purchase and are confirmed with an order confirmation email. Sale prices are available only while stocks last. Mia Rose Bridal reserve the right to right to change and amend prices at anytime.

6. Supply

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights. Prices and products – we endeavour to ensure that all prices and specifications are correct. However, we reserve the right to alter prices and specifications as necessary. Colour reproduction – screen limitations may mean that actual product colour differs from that shown on this website.
