Keep in mind that the measurements are taken to determine the closest size to be ordered and that the garment will not be custom-made to the exact measurements. Almost every gown will need some type of adjustment.

The customer is responsible for the size ordered and/ or whether or not to order special length. Mia Rose Bridal cannot assume any responsibility for measurements.

How long does it take to receive my gown?

Standard delivery is only 3 days on stock gowns. If your gown is out of stock or a special order please email for an estimated delivery date.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat fee of £20 via TNT insured delivery to mainland UK and Northern Ireland . For international shipping quotes please contact us by email or phone.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Mia Rose Bridal. If you are not satisfied with your new purchase, we will refund any unused item less postage charges or exchange any stock bridal or bridesmaid gown provided it is returned in a saleable condition, in its original, undamaged packaging, with all labels intact and within 5 days from receipt of goods. WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT A REFUND OR EXCHANGE WITH A VALID RETURN NUMBER. To obtain your return number you must email info@miarosebridal.com with your order number and we will contact you with return details.  If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. All shipping charges, swatches, undergarments, accessories and custom ordered items are non-refundable.
